"Easy to Use, Just a Little Slow at Times"
I had a good experience using Lady Foot Locker. The site was easy to figure out, the menus made sense, and I liked that I could filter by size without feeling like I was clicking around forever.
The only downside was that a few pages loaded a bit slowly on my phone, and going back to the results page wasn’t always super smooth. Even with that, I’d still say it’s a solid shopping site overall...

"Was surprised the promo code actually worked"
I expected the promo code to be one of those that doesn’t apply or has some hidden catch, but it went through on the first try. The discount showed up right at checkout with no issues.

"Refund was slow"
Returned some shoes. Got the refund, but it took longer than I thought. Not awful. Just slow. Customer service was fine when I checked in.

I got the order confirmation quickly, but after that the updates have been really slow. I tried reaching out to check what was going on and just kept getting transferred around, which made it even more frustrating. Still waiting to hear something useful

"Scuffed at first, but fixed quick"
My sneakers showed up with a scuff, which was a little disappointing. I reached out to support, sent over a few pics, and they had a replacement sorted in about no time. Not the perfect start, but they handled it well and made it right, so I’m still giving 5 stars

I ordered a pair of Nike trainers from Lady Foot Locker, the fit was spot on. I went with my usual size and was relieved I didn’t have to deal with exchanging them or sending anything back.
The only thing I’d say is that buying shoes online still makes me a little nervous because sizing can be so hit or miss. But their size guide was actually accurate, and the trainers ended up fitting just how I expected, so I’m happy with the purchase. 5 stars from me.

I was able to find what I was looking for without much trouble. The filters worked well for me, and it kind of feels like they designed them based on what people usually search for, though I’m just guessing.

"I ordered a pair of shoes earlier..."
I ordered a pair of shoes earlier in the month and expected them to show up within the usual timeframe. For the first few days, the tracking barely changed, so I kept checking back and couldn’t really tell where they were. They ended up arriving a few days later than promised, and when I reached out to support in the meantime, they didn’t give me much info. The shoes were fine once they got here, but after this experience, I wouldn’t really count on their delivery estimates

Lady Foot Locker has a good mix of brands, especially if you’re usually looking for stuff like Nike or adidas. The selection feels reliable, which I appreciate. My only gripe is that popular sizes can disappear fast, but overall, I’d say it’s a solid place to shop...

I expected the item to be out of stock or for something to go wrong, since that seems to happen a lot with online inventory. But it actually was available like the site said, and I got what I ordered. Nice that it worked out, though I was definitely waiting for a problem.

"Not exactly impressed with the selection"
I was a little disappointed browsing Lady Foot Locker. A bunch of the shoes I actually liked were either sold out or magically only available in sizes that, I’m assuming, belong to about three people total.
They do carry popular brands, which is nice and all, but the selection started to feel like the same few styles being recycled over and over. If you’re looking for something even slightly different, good luck with that.
I might check back another time in case they decide to restock or add a little variety, but for now it definitely didn’t feel worth spending much time on.

"Showed up way faster than expected"
I ordered a pair last week and, uh, they got here in about 2 days. The tracking updated like it should, and the box showed up in good shape too. wasn’t expecting it to arrive that fast, so yeah, happy with the whole thing.

"Cute styles and easy to find something I like"
I like shopping on Lady Foot Locker because there are so many cute styles to choose from. They have sporty shoes and clothes, but also stuff I can wear every day, which is really useful. I ended up finding a pair I didn’t even know I wanted. Overall, I’m happy with the variety.

"Pretty reliable, even if I felt stuck waiting"
I’ve ordered shoes from ladyfootlocker.com a few times now and haven’t run into any weird problems. The site feels safe enough, checkout was straightforward, and I got my order updates like expected. Delivery did take a little longer than I wanted, and I kind of felt trapped just waiting around for the tracking to move, but everything showed up fine in the end. I’d probably use it again.

I was irritated when I noticed the issue with my order, like not in the mood to deal with it at all. But I contacted customer service and, weirdly enough, they got back to me really quickly. They looked into it, sorted everything out, and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops, which was a relief. So yeah, I was annoyed at the start, but they were polite and handled it well. Refund/issue got taken care of, and overall I’m happy with how it ended

"Return info was easy to find, but the wait was annoying"
I appreciated that the return policy was clear and easy to find instead of being buried somewhere. I knew what to expect before buying, which made me feel better about ordering. That said, I did get a little frustrated with the waiting part, but at least I wasn’t left guessing about what to do.
